A Bowie woman lost 10 pounds right before the eyes of a small group of women who gathered recently at Chesapeake Holistic Health Center in Annapolis.

It wasn't the work of some new miracle diet pill. Kathy McFadden simply tucked in the pocket flaps of Cheryl Townshend's white jacket and, voila, Cheryl had a slimmer silhouette.

The change seemed subtle, but it made a noticeable difference that drew appreciative nods and murmurs of approval from the audience.
