St. John's event draws notable namesPublished 11/06/08
High-powered Washington lawyer Robert S. Bennett is one of three authors scheduled to sign books Sunday at St. John's College. Proceeds from the event will help St. John's students who encounter financial emergencies. Mr. Bennett, author of "In the Ring: The Trials of a Washington Lawyer," was attorney for President Bill Clinton when he was embroiled in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Mr. Bennett also represented journalist Judith Miller, who faced jail time for contempt, and Paul Wolfowitz, who fought ethics charges at the World Bank.
