When the College Board released its annual Survey of Colleges last week, Annapolis' St. John's College landed at the No. 9 spot on its list of top 10 most expensive schools in the country. The writer of this article said that Univ of Md cost $12,000 a year for in state sudents ant St. Mary's cost $22,000. Wrong...she is comparing apples and oranges...the $12,000 figure is for tuition only and the St. Mary's figure is for tuition plus room and board. Sloppy research.
