Isabel was not kind to the Annapolis Maritime Museum. When the infamous tropical storm blew up the Chesapeake Bay in September 2003, it tore giant holes in the side of the museum's home, the old McNasby Oyster Co. building in Eastport. The little museum found itself flooded and falling apart. Five years later, the museum is ready to reopen on Dec. 1, and backers said the place is better than ever.
