Yesterday afternoon, Annapolis Firefighter John Muhitch stood on a parking lot in Truxtun Park in Annapolis surveying 50 volunteers, 12 fire engines, four police cruisers, one sheriff's car, five fire department utility vehicles, a couple ambulances and a bomb-sniffing K-9 black Labrador.
