The changing of the seasons is always a good time for cleaning out closets and organizing shelves, and the Thrift Shop at South Shore Baptist Church in Herald Harbor is running a promotion through September to clear out their summer supply.
"They do it twice a year. They're cleaning out the summer inventory and getting ready to start the winter," said David Allen, the church administrator.
Beginning tomorrow, anything you can fit in the garbage-size bags provided by the store is just $3. The promotion continues through Sept. 19.
