At a forum in Eastport last night, Annapolis' three mayoral candidates were confronted with a question: Should Ward 8, which contributes more tax revenue than all but one other ward, get a proportional amount of city services? Vic Pascoe, president of the Eastport Civic Association, said Ward 8 has an assessed property value of $1.12 billion, just behind Ward 1, which has $1.38 billion.
