she mention the 2 civil suits filed against her in Nov. once again not paying her bills. She would have been a gem for the finances of Annapolis. Buy what you want and just don't pay. The city would have had a surplus!

Any time it takes this long for someone to address questions of this magnitude, it's pretty obvious what the reason for the delay is; guilt. All levels of government are so corrupt it makes me want to vomit.
It's really a shame, but I've grown to have no faith or trust in almost any elected officials, whether it be county, state or (especially) federal government.
