Kapow! Kapow! Evan Young got the final Summer at City Dock festival of the season started with a bang early yesterday afternoon as he juggled a flaming torch, a saber and a bowling ball - all at once and while balancing high above the ground on a rolling skateboard. 
By Joshua McKerrow — The Capital Rachel Parmenter carries a torch, quite literally, for juggler Evan Young yesterday during the final weekend of the Summer at City Dock festival in Annapolis. Parmenter, who just moved to the city, handed Young flaming torches, which he then juggled while balancing atop a rolling skateboard. Young was the first of three acts yesterday. Young, who peppered his first set of the day with lots of "kapows," had the audience of a couple hundred at Susan Campbell Park in Annapolis laughing and clapping as he performed.
