Back when he started his practice 17 years ago, the week leading up to Christmas was his slowest time of the year. Since he turned it into "Cookie Week," he's seen a turnaround.
"I had 50 people scheduled today," said Infanti on the first day that trays full of colorful cookies graced the small entryway of his office off Riva Road.
