Microbiology at AACC gets boost with $500,000 gift

The next day, the scientists were in a cramped laboratory, where they carved out a space to count bacteria.

They hope that by 2007, they'll be studying their samples in the new $500,000 Berlitz Memorial Microbiology and Environmental Studies Laboratory at Anne Arundel Community College.
