It's hard to put a happy face on an incurable wasting disease, but a group of local women are not only giving hope to sufferers of Lou Gehrig's disease, or ALS, they've apparently pinched a truckload of magic wands from the faeries. Find Us On Facebook
Sparkly, spirited wands bejeweled with dangling crystal beads are the hallmark of this year's Artisan Boutique, established to benefit the ALS Association. The annual event was founded in 2003 by Leslie Schwartz of Arnold's Rugby Hall community after the mother of a friend was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
