Patsy Price has just met her son's bride-to-be and the bride's family.

Sue Struve, 52, an Arnold resident, does not normally wear rhinestones and lace cocktail suits before sundown. She's getting into character as the stuck-up, aristocratic Patsy Price in the comedy, "Dearly Beloved."
The wealthy, small town Texas matriarch is underwhelmed. She's eaten saltines with more taste than her son's future in-laws. Mrs. Price, the toast of Fayro's upper crust, is aghast when she hears the bridal plans include an extravagant Gone With The Wind wedding.
The haughty matron doesn't want her son marrying into a "clan of throwbacks." Mrs. Price is a fictional character from the new play, "Dearly Beloved," produced by Bowie Community Theatre, on stage at the Bowie Playhouse through the next two weekends....
