Arnold woman trains her clients 'to Muscle Heaven'

Lili Gray won't discuss her age except to bluntly state: "There's no such thing as the 'new 30' or the 'new 40.' I am the new middle age, thanks to physical fitness."

The Arnold woman with the model's chiseled cheekbones wears a baggy shirt, disguising her equally chiseled abdomen, back, arm and leg muscles.

Long divorced, her two children are Isaac Gray, 41, and Jamar Gray, 31.
