Arnold resident Farrah Hall's attempt to reverse a controversial ruling that determined the winner of the United States Olympic Trials in women's RS:X boardsailing got off to a tough start.
Yesterday in Providence, R.I., a five-member protest panel upheld the original decision that rival competitor Nancy Rios deserved redress for an incident that occurred in the 16th and final race of the trials.
