Evan Cooper and Sean McEneaney, both 14, are students at the Baltimore School of Rock. Evan is performing in one of the school's seasonal showcase revues this weekend.According to Bill Nevel, a retired urban planner who lives in the Amberleigh Community on the south side of Route 50, "There are approximately 50 communities on the Broadneck Peninsula. Of the 40,000 people who live there, 8,000 of them live in Cape St. Claire." Mr. Nevel spoke Jan. 13 during the Cape St. Claire Improvement Association annual membership meeting as the Broadneck representative on the 16-member, all-volunteer Special Advisory Council.
