With the start of the new school year, Broadneck High is inaugurating a Technology Education curriculum, in which all 600 freshmen are enrolled for both semesters.
But, it's with a Broadneck twist: the courses will be intertwined with the school's Environmental Literacy Signature theme. Through projects, activities and field trips, instructors hope to raise students' awareness about the effects of technology on the environment and its usefulness in monitoring environmental conditions.
