Education was a priority in his family. His mom felt the only way out of poverty was with a good education. She moved her kids from school to school just to find them scholarship opportunities.
Aidan's twin sister is a nun with the Sisters of Mercy in Ireland. She holds a degree in art therapy and teaches "children of travelers," similar to what we know as gypsies.
