Here the group practices a few self-defense techniques to help build self-confidence. The Bully Buster seminar was co-sponsored by the Greater Crofton Rotary Club. When Mr. Vuong was age 7, his mother and two younger siblings moved to North Carolina from Vietnam. He was smaller than most kids his age and spoke very little English.
