Chris DuPlayee, left, and his brother, Jason Ferguson, test their studio equipment.Chris DuPlayee's organized grind revolves around his cab and his music. A 24-year-old hip-hop producer, he spends his days driving his cab around town and his nights making music in his sister's Crownsville home. It's the same timetable he and his rhyming friends started about five years ago when they decided to call themselves Organized Grind, which signified their first venture into entrepreneurship. Now things are taking off for Mr. DuPlayee, who will perform with Flawless Productions at O'Brien's later this month....
