Rugby hasn't quite made it into the mainstream of sports around here, but Mike O'Brien intends to change all that. Those of us who think of rugby in terms of big burly, sweaty guys muddied from tackling and rolling around on a field might be surprised to learn that he intends to make this change with a team of boys and girls, ages 6 to 16. The difference comes with one word - touch. Mike, with the assistance of Arden Rec is starting a touch rugby team. He was a college player of the full contact sport. A few years ago at a college reunion, he learned that several of his teammates were involved with the Potomac Rugby Union Youth League....
