Crownsville residents Summer and Zach McKinney will star in The Talent Machine Company's presentation of "Camp Hawyah," which begins tomorrow. Summer theater provides a warm-weather entertainment staple in our area. The Talent Machine does its part not only in providing outstanding theater, but in giving our area's aspiring young actors a place to learn and practice their craft. This week and next, Talent Machine offers a real summertime treat, "Camp Hawyah." As fits the season, the musical, written by two Talent Machine alumni, Steve Love and Jake Thornhill, chronicles the comic story of a group of young actors enjoying their summer at a camp for the performing arts.
