Amid threats from Four Seasons' developer to collect on a $3 million legal bill and concerns about the county attorney's work on the case, Queen Anne's County commissioners have decided to hire a consultant to review maps for the controversial project.
The outside consultant will review a series of maps defining the location of the 1,350-unit development. A judge threw them out on Feb. 9 because they were riddled with errors when commissioners rushed them through in 2002.
