Kent Island computer consultant and author Dennis Batchelder shows off his first novel.
The book is published by NetLeaves, a tiny publishing and design company which the software entrepreneur started.
"I really wanted get my story told, but was frustrated by the difficulties of breaking into the publishing industry," he said. His novel is sold online through Amazon.com and some other sites.
