Some practices have opened in AAMC's new medical building in Chester, and the facility is expected to be fully operational by June. But Ms. Tolson's commute just got considerably shorter with the opening of AAMC Health Services - Kent Island. The medical building began offering services at some of its practices last month and is scheduled to be fully open by June. Located next to the Kent Island Volunteer Fire Department in Chester, the medical building is expected to meet most medical needs of Eastern Shore residents, hospital officials said.
