The Maryland Transit Administration will reduce express service between Kent Island and Washington, D.C., scaling back routes at the end of a six-month plan that was designed to ease Bay Bridge traffic congestion. About 50 Kent Island commuters met with MTA officials last night at the Queen Anne's County Senior Center to discuss alternative plans. The 922 and 950 buses travel to Washington, D.C., with stops at Kent Island and Annapolis.
