They were everywhere, threatening to take over their house. Either get rid of some, she begged her mother, or don't bring any more home.
Get rid of books? Unthinkable. Ms. Adams' solution to this conundrum was a thing of beauty: She opened her own bookstore. But the simply named Annapolis Bookstore, which opened on Randall Street near the Naval Academy in November 2004, is tiny. No, not just tiny. It's a small bedroom at best: about 10 feet by 11 feet. She's not sure, but Ms. Adams thinks it's the smallest...
