My name is Madeline Szanyi. I am 10 years old and go to Mayo Elementary School.
One of my best friends had a birthday party and asked for donations instead of presents. She donated to the pandas at the zoo. I thought this was cool. My mom asked me if I would do something like that. I said, “I guess so.” Then I thought about it and decided it would be great to donate stuff to the SPCA because I love cats. Two years ago I got a kitten, named Lovie, from Santa and I knew Santa got Lovie from a place like the SPCA. This year, I had a “spa-tacular”...
