If people really want to know how to fix Annapolis' bedeviled Market House - that seemingly endless source of annoyance, rhetoric and legal wrangling - they could drive up Main Street, go a few miles out West Street (just outside the city limits) and hang a left at Route 2.
That's where I found the answer during lunchtime Thursday.
At the Pennsylvania Dutch Farmers Market in Annapolis Harbour Center, the pretzel dog line was almost out the door (a manager joked they're so popular they should put in a drive-through), the fried-chicken counter was so crowded I could barely get by and there were lines at the produce...
