It's all for the kids. It was always for the kids. The horses? Forget about them. Hmm. Where have I heard this logic before? Ah, right. Get rid of the lottery then. It takes money out of taxpayers pockets and I am sure there are people who spend their last dollar on a ticket. Oh yeah, the money goes to the stadium authority for upkeep of stadiums that should be cared for by the sport franchises' owners.
