Even though it's only been a few days since school started up again, some children may already be feeling the strain. With bleary eyes, fatigue, unhappiness and even shock, some youngsters are wincing at the prospect of attending school on a daily basis. After all, going back into the classroom after summer break can be a big adjustment. To better understand why the transition can be so difficult, imagine luxuriating for 2 ½ worry-free months, when staying up late and sleeping in become the norm. For many kids a typical summer day starts with a casual breakfast followed by a few video games before heading off to the pool...
