Once upon a time, the Emerald City was ruled by the unwise and despised "O" whose overtaxed subjects sneeringly referred to her as the Wicked Witch of the East … port. "O" was enchanted by all things green, such as trees or her subjects' cash. Her rule was coming to an end, as a higher authority known as "The People" decreed such things every four years, but "O" wanted to ensure she could choose her successor. Her chest of green, which she had amassed through bestowing various favors over the years to her loyal subjects, would surely play a role. "The People"...
