A few county residents were mystified Tuesday night and early the next morning when they saw a bright blinking light on a tower in the Riva area.
One Severna Park woman said the "strobe-like" light was so bright that she and her husband could see it from their home atop a ridge that overlooks the Severn River and the yonder side of the county. The light sliced through their bedroom window and gave the wife quite a restless night.
