The Teacher's Association of Anne Arundel County, through its parent, the Maryland State Education Association, is taking an unusual interest in Kenny Kirby, the Democratic candidate for alderman in Ward Six. The MSEA's authority line appears on a Kirby attack postcard that reads, "What the newspaper and some people don't want you to know is that Greg Stiverson is one of them.
