Furrow targeted Ileto because he looked to be either Asian or Latino and worked for the federal government, he later said. Ileto was Filipino-American. Amazingly, nobody was killed at the NVJCC, but camp counselor Mindy Finkelstein was shot twice. Furrow initially told FBI agents his actions were "a wake-up call to America to kill Jews." Ileto is dead. Finkelstein and the children shot on that August day in 1999 are...

The main purveyors of hate speech these days can be found on talk radio. I am gobsmacked sometimes at the comments dbags like Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, etc. get away with. We should all be thankful for the 1st Amendment, but the crazies on the right are really pushing the envelope. Most the of this vile crap is directed at President Obama because he, thank God, does not have a conservative agenda

Removing the Kunte Kinte plaque was a hate crime? (I guess a theft-hate-crime!)
Comparing Obama to Hitler was a hate-crime? (But not when the left compared Bush to Hitler)
But "Rev" Wright, who accused the U.S. Government of inventing HIV to destroy black people, compared this country to terrorists, and shouts "God Damn America!"
This man is simply controversial.
