At Four Seasons Elementary School in Gambrills, students from third to fifth grades are gearing up for the 24 Game Club, an after-school program where the children practice their math facts under the guise of the game "24."
"The idea is to have the kids have fun, but they really need to know their math facts really fast in order to do well at this," said Josie Zayac, the talent development teacher at the school.
