"Any one of us could be homeless at any time. In a day, a week, or a year, we could find ourselves homeless," said Larry Griffin, founder and director of We Care and Friends, an Annapolis-based nonprofit that recently has been caring for homeless men and women who sought shelter at the Stanton Center prior to the first snowstorm in December. More than 50 of our homeless neighbors have called the Stanton Center home.
Griffin has been living with these men and women every day for the last nine weeks, helping to provide and care for them. "We have received a lot of support from the city, Bay Area Church, Good Neighbors...
