South county residents last week learned little more about a deal made in November between the county government and the church that wants to build a school in Lothian. Find Us On Facebook
The deal, which came to public light earlier this month, could free the county from a lawsuit filed by Riverdale Baptist Church. The lawsuit states the county discriminated against the church by preventing it from constructing the school planned for land off of Wrighton and Pindell roads, below Route 4 near Bristol.
