Love is the tug as Stevensville triathlete keeps the pace

Piece by piece, Bob Healy unloaded the plethora of triathlon equipment from the trunk of his Saturn SUV, the back window of which has a translucent image of the planet Saturn on it.

He pulled out running shoes, biking shoes, energy gel, Gatorade, and a special backpack to store it all, and he explained the purpose of each as he removed it. Healy has completed 151 triathlons, so neither the equipment nor the extensive knowledge about the sport was surprising. What was surprising is the fact that he's 72 years old.
