The Londontowne Symphony Orchestra, or LSO, kicked off its 2008-09 season Sept. 12 with a concert at South River High School. The performance, themed "Our Town," featured songs by composers Aaron Copland, John Philip Sousa and Franz Joseph Haydn.
Also at the performance, a huge, wooden rendering of the Londontowne Symphony Orchestra logo was unveiled and presented by Nick Shearin of Crofton, who crafted and donated the piece. It will be on display at...
