The tour, which will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 14, kicks off a week of holiday happenings in the village.
There are nine homes on the tour in all. Some are historic, such as that of Buz and Mary Tod Winchester, part of which was once the town's blacksmith shop.
Others are new, such as Ted and Mary McWaters' waterfront home, which was completed just three years ago.
The fee for taking the tour is $25 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under.
