Regardless of how they vote on a water and sewer replacement system, some Sylvan Shores residents said they don't know how they will pay for it, especially since the county changed the plan creating more costs. If they vote for the system they face paying an average of $62,000, as well as thousands of dollars in plumber fees. The former can be financed, the latter not.
