Friends and former co-workers, Theresa Marozza, Pierette Kimble, Marcia Patterson and Alan Forsythe, gathered recently to share memories of working together at the Severna Park Post Office. Today, only Ms. Marozza remains an employee, the others having retired in 1993, 1999 and 2001 respectively. But it's clear they are very proud of the careers that occupied a major part of their lives.

Theresa Marozza spends another day at the Severna Park Post Office where shes worked since 1968. She has no plans to retire until she reaches the maximum of 44 ½ years of service.
Established in 1914 as the Boone Post Office, the facility soon outgrew its original site in Grotsky's Store and moved several times. Renamed the Severna Park Post Office in 1925, it operated from the Severna Park Train Station. After 1944, it...
