I spent New Year's Eve with friends. As we watched the ball lower in Times Square and the numbers 2-0-0-7 illuminate, my friend whispered, "I can't believe it is 2007."

The year seemed to fly by. It was the end of the centennial year for Severna Park. And what a great year it was: celebrations indoors and out, entertainment, spirit wear, posters, community histories, even a special stamp from the post office.

How do we follow a year like that? At The Community Center a new building will help take us years into the future.
