Around the Park:Brownies of Troop 1129 in Buddy Walk for 'Peanut'Published 10/11/07
Eight members of Brownie Troop 1129 of Severna Park will walk on the "Peanut's Pals" team at the first annual Buddy Walk sponsored by the National Downs Syndrome Society.
The team was named after Savannah Riley, 3, who has Downs Syndrome; her nickname among the troop members, family and friends is "Peanut." She has won the hearts of her sister, Jessica's, Brownie troop.
