Award-winning author and illustrator Susan Stockdale introduced her new book, "Fabulous Fishes," to help kick off a week-long reading event at Severna Park Elementary School.

Orange-clad youngsters greeted her Monday morning in the library at Severna Park Elementary School, where Ms. Stockdale officially designated Monday as "Wear Orange Day," to begin the school's "Color My Week with Reading" celebration.
Each day this week got a special theme and was assigned a different color to be worn. A series of "mystery guests" volunteered to read Dr. Seuss' poems and stories over the public...
