Benfield singers to represent county schools in DenverPublished 03/25/08
Fifth-graders from Severna Park have been working their musical magic at prestigious events showcasing the singing of elementary school-age children.

On March 1, a group of five fifth-grade students - all trebles, which means they sing the highest part of musical harmony also known as soprano - performed at the Maryland Music Educators Conference in Baltimore with the Elementary Conference Choir. They are Katie Perunovich, Julia Springer, Evan Bradley-Lewis, Anna Linthicum and Kathleen Taylor.
South Shore and Jacobsville Elementary schools were the only other county schools to send student-performers. This week, from Wednesday...
