Green Hornets: Under-13 Kickers finalists in Maryland State cupPublished 11/06/08
The WAGS Division 2, under-13 Kickers were finalists in the Maryland State Cup which ended last weekend.

Kickers defender Jocelyn Wagner made a jumping save on the goal line during the Maryland State Cup semi-finals this past weekend.In Round 5, the finals, the Bethesda 95/96, a WAGS Division 1 team, defeated the Kickers by a score of 2-1. The Kickers were up 1-0 late in the second half, off a goal from Dill Repasky assisted by Jen Reilly. Bethesda answered with two goals to win the title. In Round 4, the semifinals, the Kickers defeated the Olney Cyclones White, a WAGS Division 3 team, by a score of 2-1 in overtime. The Kickers were down 1-0 early in the game.
