W. David Koepper, III, Andrew Allison and Matthew Moser have shared many interesting experiences as members of Boy Scout Troop 993 in Severna Park.
Courtesy photoThree Boy Scouts were awarded Eagle Scout Awards during a ceremony earlier tis month. The Scouts are, from left, Andrew Allison, W. Davide Doepper lll and Matthew S. Moser. Their involvement in the troop noted for its community service and unique "high adventure program" provided some exciting opportunities. But the highlight of their Scouting careers occurred Oct. 5 at Severna Park United Methodist Church when an Eagle Court of Honor was held, featuring the formal presentation of their Eagle Scout Awards.
