Kathy Harrington has been delivering live crickets from a pet store to Liam Steadman, 9, for his pet gekko while Katie Hood made sure Liam's sister Audrey, 6, made it to ballet class. Others were traveling to pick up a prescription or driving their mom Darby Steadman to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
Darby is battling Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
